I have a LOT of hair. It’s fine, but thick and long. It only took me ~20 mins to do my whole head. It came out beauuuutiful. Goes up to 450°, but I set it to 375 I believe. Only clamped each individual piece for about 5 seconds and this is the result! Loveee this tool

It’s hot!
This gets super hot! It works great thought. The waves were cute and beachy. It’s a bit big, I shouldn’t have been surprised. There are 3 curling irons together. It’s light weight and not hard to use. My hair stayed curly overnight.

The 80’s are calling
It says jumbo but it’s not. The barrels are only 1” so on very long hair it looks kinky like an 80’s perm (yes, I had one so I know!). I’d have preferred larger barrels for more natural volume and curls. My natural wave is only there if I let my hair air dry with minimal brushing while wet. I wanted to be able to replicate it after blow drying. So while not the desired results, the effect does look like I have thicker hair though. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it. I probably should’ve ordered a new 1.25” or 1.5” curling iron. I just thought this would be faster.

Good waves
Good waves but you can see the top clamp in your hair after removing the curling iron. Takes practice not to burn yourself in the wider barrels.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I love the natural wave this give my hair! Definitely worth the money to splurge on a product you know will work and make you look AMAZING! The temperature can go pretty high on this, but honestly I keep mine at 350 and it still gets super hot! I only keep the crimper in place for 5 seconds and that’s plenty of time. The longer you hold the heat the more definition it will give, but it makes it look unnatural. Less heat with minimal time is the best natural way of crimping your hair. Hope you love it as much as I do!! I’ve always been a fan of Hot Tools. It’s the only brand of hair styling tools that I use! It’s worth every penny!

Too much work, very little results
Maybe it's just my hair type but it just seemed like a whole lot of work to get the same results as just sleeping with my hair wet
