I love itttttt !!! I bought this product for the flaxseed benefits bc I have stomach issues! Not only did it help with my stomach, but I was able to lose weight in the process! This stuff is great and tastes good too!

Works great and excellent
One of the best products that I had tried lately it does work if you need to have regulars BM and to lose weight . This is the 3rd package that I got from Amazon and the expiration date is up to next year. Taste a bit odd but I drink that first thing in the morning 2tbs with 3oz of water and more water. After 3 hours you'll see the results no cramps or urgency at all. But careful about consuming to much fatty foods. Best product ever. I recommended truly.
