This product has been like a miracle for me so far! I use it on both thumbs/hands and wrists for pain relief and support. I have arthritis and tendinitis on both sides. The menthol is awesome for relieving symptoms such as pain and stiffness and the support this tape provides is great! I use a piece on both sides of my thumb (on the back and palm sides) cut into “legs” at the bottom of the tape so I can spread it out and provide a wider base of support and cover a bigger area with the menthol effect. I then use another piece (shown in these pics is another brand) to secure it at the wrists where the “legs” end and also provide support around my wrists. It was recommended by my doctor that I use wrist braces with thumb spica’s, however, I work in a job where I need to be able to use my hands. This tape allows me the support and relief I need, while still giving me full use of my hands. The menthol effect of this tape Is what makes this tape extra special compared to others, as it provides such a relief. I love this tape. The only reason I gave the adhesion 4 out of 5 stars is because it does seem to come off a little easier and earlier than some of the other, more sticky brands. Possible due to the menthol. However, I just used it for the first time with spray adhesive and it seems to be secured in place a LOT better. There was concern that the adhesive would create somewhat of a barrier between the menthol and my skin, but I haven’t noticed any decrease in the menthol affects at all. This tape will be a staple in my medicine cabinet, as it has already given me so much relief!

This is the tape I have been waiting for! Great product to use for not only support but for pain relief. I have a hammer toe that I have been trying to use KT tape to help with it to avoid surgery. This tape was a GREAT find! not only on my toe but on other parts that I have pain. I am a Detention Officer, I wish i could have icy/hot when i have some discomfort but the smell is too much. When I work a 16 hr shift i can feel the pain relief all throughout the shift. The only thing that is not as well is the adhesion, but I just put a regular KT tape on top of it to secure it. Helps with my carpal tunnel relief and the menthol smell is not strong. LOVE THIS TAPE!

I have what some know as Haglund deformity on my right heel. If you ever had this happen then you know at times it can be painful. Using this tape with the applied medicine in it has been helpful in calming down the pain. I wish I had the time at work to take off and have the surgery perform to rid my foot of this problem. Hopefully I can in the future, but for now to help deal with the pain w/o using a whole lot of medication, this works well.

Wonderful pain relief at last! I have had intermittent inner knee pain for months. I work in construction and standing on ladder was often painful. This product was recommended to me and after reading the directions I applied the tape. This pic is day 5 of wearing the same pieces of tape, working every day and taking numerous showers. The tape still has plenty of stickum. Since putting the tape on I haven't had any pain. That counts as a super win in my booj!

This product is great if you’re looking for something that has an active pain relief that you can feel much like icy hot but stays on very well… Depending on how you take it off they can be very sticky or I can come off very easily with no stick it all. I use it for dancing.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I use this to bandage my foot, I love the cooling effect it gives off which eases the pain and it does not give off any medicinal scent, plus I can leave it on for a few days even if I shower with it it dries quickly. Will definitely recommend.Two months after I purchased this item I am about to purchase again and i see it went up to $24 from $19, because of this I dont think I can afford to purchase too often.

Works well when you do not sweat.It starts to fall off when you start sweating.... I am unable to replace my original KT tape.

My physical therapist used this Kinesiology tape on another client and suggested I keep this on hand. I bought it recently and needed it this weekend! I sprained my ankle and watched a YouTube video on how to apply the tape to an ankle. I'm shocked at the amount of support this tape provides. The bonus is that I didn't realize I bought with a pain reliever, it really is helping my healing process.
