Bought this for my 12 year old...her Chromebook was about 5 years old and just not doing what we needed any longer. This is sturdy, can be used like a laptop with keyboard or a tablet. Great amount of storage and great camera!

I liked this laptop so much I bought 2. My son's are young adults and I don't go broke for Christmas. It's just 1 day and not what Christmas is all about, so I bought them this yoga touch screen long lasting battery chromebook. Yaw this HP is the bomb.com. It holds a long charge and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. My children love this laptop.

Item received on time for Christmas for a gift. It’s in Ukrainian language and we’re having a hard time changing the language setting to United States English. Any help is welcome.

Poor communication from the seller. Laptop has multiple viruses and hardly works. It also came with a few scratch near the mouse pad. The only return option is to go over an hour away to a specific staples store as well.

I like the flip back screen you can use as a touchscreen only, and the keyboard makes it nice. Excel works on it, which is what separates it from tablet's amd with excel you can be productive... Amazon fire HD seems to lack the ability to use Microsoft office. Other than that, its a lot slower at other functions than the Amazon fire tablet I replaced it with. I nearly never return anything and I returned this, maybe with a new, instead of refurbished Chrome book, I would have been happier. And like I said, if Microsoft office matters to you, the chrome book does that job, other tablets won't. For just browsing and entertainment, the Amazon fire tablet is super light and honestly faster for half the cost. Edit* I ended up also returning the Amazon Fire tablet, and eventually ended up with a 10" Android Tablet that came with a little separate mouse and keyboard, it's fast and runs excel it's just a better work horse than the other devices, plays movies all the same as the fire tablet with the benefits of ANY android app.

Much heaver than I expected! I knew the keyboard was not lighted, but I wish it were. Sometimes I work in low light and have ordered a laptop monitor light bar. I have other Chromebooks and like them but they are older and will not update and I cannot use the Chromebook recovery utility with then to create a bootable USB drive with the ChromeOS Flex installer image. I was able to do that with this Chromebook. For anyone who just needs to surf the web and use web based email, I highly recommend Chromebooks

Very low battery life, and has glitches. Not actually worth $. It goes dead all of the time. This will not turn on now, June 21, 2022, the window for return was June 6th. The laptop totally crashed?
