I love these. They are a great size to provide a good amount of resistance and still help refine my form. The elastic straps look like they will hold up well and not crack like other paddles I have used. It feels nice on my wrist and fingers and doesn’t rub.

My daughter swims in the college and she loved them. She says it works her muscle a lot.

Wonderful, I had improved my catch

This does a good job at adding friction/pressure to the stroke. It's not the most comfortable on my fingers, especially the middle one. It feels like it needs to allow for a little bend. But that just might be my hands. I'm not an advanced swimmer myself. It is super helpful and I recommend it if trying to add an arm work out with the basic strokes (said from one novice to potentially another.)

Love these. They fit well and are easy to adjust. I got the large size as I already had a different pair that were on the smaller side and fit closer to the size of my hand. I like the large Sporti paddle as there is much more surface area and it really does build strength. You can really feel the pull and it definitely creates a slower stroke cadence per lap. That said, I love pairing the Sporti large size with the smaller pair that I have. The smaller size still creates some pull, but allows me to go at a faster stroke cadence. Bottom line, pairing a small pair with this larger pair will really create a great workout. It creates nice muscle confusion. Just don't overdo it as you need to be careful with your shoulders when using paddles. This is very simple technology that really does its job very well.

I’ve been using these to train for a Ironman and they’re awesome! They work great and they’re super easy to put on and adjust. They’ve been great at really emphasizing the good and the bad strokes while swimming to help me see what to do more of and less of. Totally recommend!

Really helping develop muscle strength

I'm not a good swimmer which is why I ordered them. Saw a swimmer moving quite well with them on so I thought I'd give it a shot. Takes a bit to get used to. If you need to grab onto something after they are on your hands, it's a challenge. No time to take them off first but you can use your elbow if possible. Haven't mastered breast stroke with them but swimming backwards works well in propelling yourself forward.
