I was worried how these light bulbs would arrive but they weren't broke or damaged at all. 25w has very nice, a warm soft glow in lamps. They screw in easily, no issues. No flickering. Amazing value at 2.99, I'd buy for double that too.

Really, Amazon? You're delivering GLASS when you deliver light bulbs, in case you're not aware that light bulbs are FRAGILE. No markings on the box to indicate fragile items. These arrived with a broken bulb that had shards of glass so small that they penetrated every square inch of the rest of the boxes of bulbs inside the bigger box. What a mess I had to go through to salvage the rest of the bulbs without cutting myself. As for the bulbs themselves, they appear to work fine and give off nice, warm, incandescent light. It's a shame the Amazon people broke one. Expect broken light bulbs if ordering through Amazon, as this was one of 2 light bulb orders that arrived broken for me. Not worth the hassle of returning because I need these bulbs, and the same thing will likely happen again.

These were exactly what I was looking for! The price is amazing and they fit into a standard light fixture. I have a lamp in the living room that I like to keep on at night until everyone gets home and I didn’t want the normal bright white light from the LED bulbs. This is a soft color and super easy on the eyes! Night time is not a time to walk into a room with crazy bright light! I will keep these on my re order list for sure! I still can’t believe the price!

One of the bulbs was shattered in the box of two bulbs but I ordered 2 packs. It is not worth time and effort to return one bulb. I have always used Sylvania bulbs and liked them so I anticipate no problems with these.

Worked for what I was using it for. I use it to keep my baby chicks warm. I put it in a terracotta pot with a tile on top. That way the chicks can cuddle it like a mama hen. And they can go to sleep in the night with no light over them. When you do this they actually go to sleep and get quiet at night. Especially important for me when they live in my house, and close to my bedroom at night. I also use it as a light over the top during the daytime, and it's on a timer to shut off at night. I cover and uncover the brooder with a towel to adjust the temperature as needed. I've recently bought a brooder plate, and I like that a lot. But I've used this pot method for about 15 years and it works great! One difference I've noticed about the terracotta pot vs the brooder plate is that I can see the chicks better with the pot. So I can watch for poo butt, sick or odd looking chicks, or anyone who needs help. And I can just see and enjoy my babies more when I can see them. These were nice bulbs for the price. They are incandescent which personally I favor over LEDs, which I needed the heat in my case anyway. Also, they have a nice warm glow. They are also white, so you can't see through them and they don't pierce your eyes. I'm now using one over our new rat cage. So far none have burned out. I like them!

"Soft white". SOFT WHITE??? Not even close, if they were any more orange you could make orange juice out of them! The only thing white about them is the word "white" on the box, the box itself, and the bulb glass. First order had only one bulb that worked. Got refunded. Bought second order thinking 2 might look "whiter". Hah! Still too dim and made everything in the room pumpkin colored. 2nd order going back, too. Don't be fooled by false description.

One of the two bulbs did not work. The filament was broken. The bulbs do not dim either.

Im very light sensitive & frankly, Ive yet to find an LED bulb that's dim enough. My new bathroom has the newer fixtures that take 2 bulbs & uses posts rather than screw-in bulbs so 1st I had to find adapters (found on Amazon!). I tried to find 25watt bulbs locally but couldnt locate any, so I went back to Amazon where I finally found exactly what I needed!
