Worth it for me
Struggle taking regular beta alanine. I don't just get the tingles, it causes extreme anxiety. Haven't had any of those problems since taking this. Plus it's Thorne so you know the quality is good.

Noticeable performance boost
I’ve been taking this beta-alanine about 30 minutes before my WOD and I can definitely tell a difference. I feel like I can push a little harder and hold intensity longer, especially during longer conditioning pieces. I get a slight tingle after taking it, but nothing uncomfortable. Overall, really happy with it!

Good Product, but too Pricey
Nice, pure, and slow release formula works well. The only downside to the slow release is that the tablets are big and you have to take four of them daily for an ergogenic dose. So this 120-count bottle only lasts a month…about $1.60 per day! Thats pretty poor value for money. I’ve been able to achieve the same results—significant dose without paresthesia—by mixing powdered beta alanine in water and taking it with a full meal. The other product is a fraction of the cost and informed sport certified.

The ONLY thing that works for Hell’s Itch
My husband got very sunburnt on his back and had Hell’s Itch which is a an extreme, maddening dermatologic reaction that occurs 24 to 72 hours after a severe sunburn. Described as feeling like "fire ants" or "stabbing needles," it involves overactive nerve signaling and is notoriously resistant to standard treatments. We tried absolutely everything to relive the intense itching but nothing worked. At 3am I was Googling in despair before taking him the the ER. Many people had said that this supplement works and we managed to Noon Minutes it within 15 minutes. He took 2 tablets and within 15 minutes the itching had decreased dramatically. I couldn’t recommend this enough. I’m not sure how anyone found this out for this condition but it is amazing and works practically immediately. It’s magical!

Game changer !
I always had sore muscles and kept visiting massage place every once in two weeks for 5 years now. It’s been 2 weeks since I started taking beta alanine and I feel a major difference in recovery , almost no soreness and no tight muscles. I can’t recommend this enough! Im going to take this supplement as long as I lift !
