Got it for the kids, ended up using it during challenging grown up conversations for "I feel" statements. Sounds corny, but super effective for positive conflict resolution.

I like that it is colorful easy to read, and laminated so I can keep it on my desk top, and take it with me. It is a constant reminder to recognize what feelings I am having. Just NOTICING and recognizing what I am feeling is a big help every day!

Love this chart and use it for therapy. Especially these days so many people use phrases like “it sucks” or “I’m chill” to describe emotions and they cannot express or process what they are feeling. I was disappointed though that I ordered 2 sets and only got one and can’t find a way to communicate that to the company. Also they put a big sticker on it that covers up an important part of the information. It took me 30 minute to get that sticker off. If you use a solvent like goof off it ruins the laminate.

Love this. Great for those clients who are very much in their head and struggle to Identify underlying emotions. With the chart, you can start with a thought, and then see if the corresponding emotion resonates. It’s not a formula or an a=b “code”, but just a place to get started that allows the client a little more control and safety throughout the process. I also love how the chart has some other helpful tips for perceiving, interpreting and responding to emotions in self and others. I bought one for me (LPC) and one for my stepdaughter, who is also planning to go into a helping profession. We agreed that it was great for our personal reflection as well!

I like that you can find the feeling word by looking at the thoughts and physical sensations. Also I like that one side is positive emotions and the other side has the negative ones.

The card and content are great! It is useful for talking to my daughters about their feelings. The only complaint is the 2 stickers that were placed directly on the card that cover up the content on both sides. They were extremely annoying to peel off and still leave a residue that I will have to clean off with alcohol. Please consider using a different sticker that is easily removable.

This chart is helpful and understanding how thoughts, emotions and sensations in the body show up and their connection to each other.
