Is this product 100% original?

Not completely sure since Amazon has been accused of selling knockoffs but the real issue should be the price it shouldn't be $125.00 for it.  If you search a Walgreens or CVS or some other small drugstore in your area they should have it since it is mainly sold in those places.  I found a bottle of it in a CVS for $38 and it was the original not a knockoff.

What is the difference between this version of Yatagan and the many other versions of Yatagan that cost only $45 on Amazon?

not a darn difference at all.some places just dont offer deals at all for a huge profit for themselves.some stores offer a story and note break down and information about how and what season or occasions to sport certain colognes.i guarantee you that my 35 dollar yatagan smells just as strange as this yatagan.manufacture date also make a difference and so does wholesale but it is just as good.it is not bootlegged or fake because i dont think any counterfeiter could pull off yatagan,maybe a creed but no way yatagan.if you never tried yatagan then you best go for the cheapest you can buy because its not your ordinary cologne.not even reputable stores sell yatagan for that much,sears,walmart,target,penney's dillards,macy etc.. all have to vouch for what they sell.yatagam is sold almost everywhere.

Marianna I think theres a litlle difference between then BUT i asked the Caron's site about it and they assured me its absolutle the same..."Dear Roberta,We thank you  for your interest in Parfums Caron.Yatagan formulae hasn't changed from 1976, only the packaging did."I remember thou it was a bit oily the one that i had in the 70's... But this one it isnt. The fragance is very good !!
