I have two gates and was easily able to program the remotes to open both gates. The remotes work at a greater distance than stated in the item description so I can start opening the gate sooner as I drive up to it. Good product.

Here is my story. I am not only reviewing the TOPENS accessories but I am mainly reviewing the BIG PURCHASE, TOPENS CK1200 Automatic Sliding Gate Opener Chain Drive Electric Gate Motor for Heavy Driveway Slide Gate Up to 3400 Pounds, Security Gate Operator AC Powered with 20ft Roller Chain and Remote Control. I am generally handy with a working knowledge of any handyman job. When I got the quote of $4,500 to install a Gate Opener for my new fence I about dropped right then. I knew there had to be a better solution and cheaper. That's when I found the TOPENS CK1200 Automatic Sliding Gate Opener on Amazon. I was able to follow the installation instructions well. After purchasing some extra TOPENS accessories like extra keychain openers, an infrared sensor, a warning light and even a chain extension I was almost finished. I just needed some extra help or fine-tuning. Since I did all of the wiring too IO thought maybe I did something wrong when the sensor wasn’t responding properly and was not opening and closing the way I needed it to. I knew it had to do with fine-tuning because I did everything needed in installation. That’s when I reached out to the TOPENS Customer Service Team and received friendly and knowledgeable advice from “Nancy." She’s my hero. I simply explained in email the behavior of the gate as it responded to commands. She had me fine-tune the Sensor I installed. It’s worked!!! Then I sent my second and last email with additional questions on the gate opening and closing behavior. Nancy told me how to tweak the settings on the control board and Waaaaa-Laaaaa …. Everything works!!! AWESOME!!! I was so happy. Nancy made it so simple. What a great gate opener. Besides having the pleasure of working with Nancy, here’s the other BIG WIN … my new gate opener including installation (done by me) cost a grand total of $728.53. I saved $3,771.47. THANK YOU TOPENS AND THANK YOU NANCY!!!!

M12 works really great. Easy to set up to PW502 and I can clip open from far away. Instruction is easy to follow and will buy again if I need in the future. Recommended to everyone.
