You just take it out of the plastic corrector and then you peel the sticky stuff off and stick that onto your clothes and then it takes a while for it to heat up about 10 or 15 minutes because I’ve tried them out today and they work pretty good just take some of it to heat up once you take them out of the package And that’s why I think so many people think they might be does it because they don’t give it time to heat up
