Description and pictures say 1400 watts - but they also say 1500 watts - so which is it? Also, the inner, removable pot - is it aluminum or stainless?

Can I make bone broth in this? Which function I should use to make bone broth?

I have tried doing this and I make everything on the slow cook setting. I don’t play around with the different settings. I use this crockpot like my old crockpots, that only had two cooking options - Low and High. :)
