Would this work for salmon oil?

As long as the liquid is not too thick it would work fine. The opening is a 3mm orifice .

What is the Inside dimension of the cap? I need to fit bottles with just under 1 inch.

These are 28mm which would be 2.8 cm which would be 1.10236 inches

how do I measure which cap would fit? we have bottles that measrure on the insides either, 3/8, 5/8 and 1/2 inch.. how will I know which to purchase?

Those measurements are not going to work, all are smaller than 18mm You’ll need to get a ruler with cm (10mm to a cm) and to measure the diameter of the bottle which you’d like the cap to fit
