What’s a amazing experience, decided to go with pioneer after days looking around on internet . Best price and quality ,I’m impressed. the seller helped me with every information that I needed for purchase the right radio and some others parts needed on installation. GPS works really really good Had it installed on my 2016 GMC SAVANA and the results couldn’t be better. Thanks mike thanks amazon.

Even though the stereo is refurbished it works like new. The quality is great and it was exactly what I was hoping for.

The quality is good , it's dependable , so far , works right , I had a good factory radio that worked very good and I wanted to up date to blue tooth and rear camera and why not get gps while I'm at it , this unit is an update ,

I put this in my 2016 Jeep Compass. (Had it professionally installed) Very happy with this unit. I was concerned about the GPS feature based on some reviews. Other reviews said it's not Garmin so it's not as good. Well, I have had Garmin and I like this better. Very accurate and easy to understand. I really like the sound quality and the graphic equalequalizer. Also Iike that I can change the colors on the control panel to just about anything. Made it match the Jeep colors and it looks like it came with the vehicle. I added a Pioneer back up camera to round this out. Very happy.

Bought this for my van conversion project replacing the stock radio. I am used to the Garmin interface so it took a while to get used to this unit. Voice announcements are sweet and in plenty of time for routes but the screen itself is cluttered. Street name text size cannot be changed so at times there are more names than streets visible. On occasion, this is an issue where several streets converge and you are trying to get a feel of what to do next. Would also be nice to side-load voices. Otherwise, the unit functions fine. Unit sounds fair with four amplifier channels. Would be nice if the EQ could dedicate two channels to the mains and the other two to the sub with an adjustable active crossover point.

The navigation is so awful that I have to use my phone instead. On some sections of highway, it will interrupt the music every minute nagging you to stay all the way to the left, even when there is no option to exit. Other times it will direct you to take an exit only to immediately get back on the onramp, and repeat this for several exits. This was in a major metropolitan area. After two years of use, the unit stopped working after replacing my cars battery. It got stuck in a boot loop. I discovered through searching that this is a common defect to all Pioneer units that have an internal SD card. This issue is known to Pioneer. I partially disassembled the unit, replaced the SD card with a new one purchased from an auction site, and the unit is back up and running. Pics are of the factory defective SD card. Pioneer was once the best brand for car stereo head units, but I will never buy another navigation unit from them again.

Great product, for the install in a ford f250 was a pain. You need to trim the dash for it to fit but turned out good. Very happy with the deck!
