Very easy to prepare and tasty too.

I’m really disappointed in these and I’m not sure what happened. I can not chew these and I thought maybe it was a fluke but half my order of the teriyaki noodles are extremely hard, rubbery and do not break up. I have bought the same exact noodles numerous times and they were delicious, soft and very easy to chew. The picture with the two noodle bags are how different they are. The thin ones on the top are the inedible ones. The thicker ones below are the edible good ones. These both came out of the same order I placed.

Ahh I’m finally eating noodles again after over three years! I missed them so much! My body seems fine with these, so noodles are back in my life!

So much flavor and easy to cook delicious

If you are sick, need to eat, and need something easy to prepare, this is good for that rescue use purpose. It's texture is slimy. It's sauce is way too salty and completely un-nuanced. It's not particularly satisfying. If you have some sort of easy to add meat or veggies, you may like this better. My recommendation is to use less than the full sauce pouch, because it won't attach well to the noodles anyway and will just sit at the bottom uneaten. Also, if you are heating it in the microwave, do not add the sauce first, since despite your best efforts, the rinse water you are instructed to use before heating will not completely pour off until after microwaving. So, after heating, pour off the additional excess liquid. Then add half of the sauce and mix it across all of the noodles, adding more only if coverage is finally incomplete. This coating process will take a while, because the noodles will be a sticky mass. This is not a complete loss. But it is a back-up or perhaps used in a mitigation effort to build a certain type of meal without a big shopping trip and corresponding effort.

These are absolutely delicious!…once you figure out how to cook them. The instructions don’t tell you to drain the water and says to cook for 5 min. I drained the water and cooked about 15 min and they are perfect! Makes the texture 10x better! I added grilled chicken and tofu and was an outstanding meal!

The best by date on the product when it arrived was one month away so I'm not sure if that was the issue but it probably was. I ordered the peanut ones at the same time and those were fine. The noodles were like shards of plastic in this one literally could not chew them. I've used lots of other noodles, including other ones of this same maker and they've been quite good. I'm severely disappointed I saved out the flavor packets and tossed the noodles. Konjac noodles cheap but when you're doing keto, you don't have a lot of options. Seller needs to be more aware of the Best By dates on the product.
