I throw taco parties. And as my Mexican grandmother and mother taught me, you fry the corn tortillas (just as you fry them for enchiladas). Then I lightly salt them and place them in the taco rack (unfilled). Then the rack goes into a very low oven (like 150-170) to warm them up. None of this last minute frying while your guests are enjoying their Margaritas and belting out Mexican ballads without you. When the taco shells are just a bit warm, you holler "Vamos a comer!" and the assembly line forms. This thing works a treat and wouldn't mi abuelita have loved it!

Perfect taco rack flat top work. If you have a Blackstone, or other griddle you need these.

I have used these several times now, can be used to make fresh tacos and great for store bought taco shells (the hard ones) mount them upside down on the racks...they dont close up during cooking. Love these!Dishwasher safe, oven safe, stainless steel, easy clean up. Has holes to minimize ballooning....

Love that these each hold six, perfect for small group to grab and go. Cushion handles stay cool to the touch and make it easy to carry, not to mention I like that they match the handle on the Blackstone. Some friends are getting a Blackstone and I am thinking of buying this as a gift for them also!
