I bought this pillow for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. He noticed the difference from the very first night. The pillow provides excellent neck support, keeps its shape, and is very comfortable whether sleeping on the back or side. He says he wakes up with less stiffness and feels more rested in the morning. Great quality and well worth the price.

I’ve been using this cervical pillow and I’m really happy with it. The memory foam feels soft but still gives good support to my neck and shoulders. The contour design helps keep my head in a comfortable position, and I noticed less stiffness when waking up. It works well whether sleeping on my back or side. The pillowcase is also soft and easy to remove for cleaning. Overall, a great pillow for comfort and better sleep quality. Highly recommend!

On its own it’s not good. If you put an extra pillow underneath it to get a better height to it, it’s much better!. I have pretty wide shoulders. I was suffering for decades with neck and shoulder pain to where it would give me a migraine for the whole day or half the day, completely making the day useless. I bought a neck pillow from another company on here that was terrible. It would completely flatten so I returned it and got this one. This one is way thicker. Supports me way better and is slightly larger. I have to adjust this pillow just right to not have any neck and shoulder stiffness. If not, then I have a bit of shoulder and neck pain but minor, to where it goes away on its own pretty quick. I wish they made these neck pillows way more bigger for adult men. These are way more useful for women and children. If the pillow was perfect for me, I would give it 5 stars. Mine came with a strange stain on the white part of the pillow, unsure what it is. I think it’s like the black color got absorbed into the white color. Does not come off but not too much of a big deal at this point. Firmness is not soft or hard but just right in the center. Which for me is fine. Cooling is okay, does not get very hot. I like that I can easily adjust the pillow when I wake up at night and not have to battle a duck feather or polyester material or shredded memory foam pillow for a long while to try to get it to be comfy. To me that helps a ton. I say, try it out and if it doesn’t work for you then simply return it.

This pillow provides excellent neck and shoulder support while remaining comfortable to sleep on. After a few nights, I noticed less stiffness when waking up. It works well for both back and side sleeping, and the soft, breathable cover is easy to clean. Great quality and value for the price, I highly recommend it!

I purchased this pillow October 2024. I am a side sleeper. And have had back problems for years. This pillow has been a life saver for me. I used to wake up with hand numbness in my fingers. And lower back pain. With a wrist brace and my adjustable bed. No more numbness in my fingers and very little pain in my back. This pillow is still in great shape and has hold up very well. I don't use the arm cut out with my brace. My wife has purchased a pillow by the same manufacturer Domana. Just a little different. She has had hers for 2 year's. It works just as well as mine. My neck has no more soreness it puts my neck in just the wright position with the head lifted at about 15 Degrees by my adjustable bed.

UPDATE: An additional 30+ days have passed since my initial review. I'm changing from a 4 star to a 3 star for the following: the memory foam has flattened out and no longer provides the shape and support as new. I, also, don't like that the manufacturer mailed a form for me to fill out to get an Amazon credit for providing a review. Personally, I don't really trust reviews that have been "bought.". Just something to keep in mind when reading any incentivized review. I will say, it was possible to get this pillow for "free" when I purchased, so you could potentially get your money back, but BOTTOM LINE - I would not recommend this pillow based solely on performance and durability. I have given this pillow a solid 30 days before writing this review. It seems well made and did not have the typical memory foam smell. It took me about a week to get used to the change from a standard pillow to the memory foam. This pillow does alleviate arthritic stiffness and tech neck strain, but if I my head alignment is off (when laying on my back) just the slightest bit my arms do fall asleep and it will actually contribute more pain so extra attention to how you settle into it is required. However, I find that sleeping on my side with this pillow is amazingly comfortable. The raised edges on the side of the pillow support the space between my shoulders and neck, offering a tremendous amount of relief. I have tried other similar pillows in the past but this one seems to be the best, so far. I do think the shape of the pillow could be improved - the profile of the neck support is too steep and perhaps should be dual sided, meaning a lower profile offered on the opposite side (I have found this design with other pillows, but the foam was of lower quality and had the classic foam smell). This feature could help with people learning to use a foam pillow, too - start small and gradually increase the profile as you become acclimated to the posture correction. For now, this pillow is a keeper and I would recommend it, but it's not the game changer for me that other reviewers have expressed. I'm still looking for "the one."

Everything I could’ve imagined went wrong with this pillow. This was the worst pillow I’ve ever purchased in my life and I was thinking that it was the greatest pillow based on everything shown in the picture description and everything described in writing. The only thing I can say that is correct about the description is that it is thick & the pillow case material is soft. There is zero cooling effect. This pillow is priced high and the quality is low. The written description that specifically enticed me to purchase this pillow was the following: “【SLOW REBOUND HIGH QUALITY MEMORY FOAM】The neck support pillow is made of high quality CertiPUR-US certified rebound memory foam. Premium quality firm and not too soft for maximum comfort and great relaxation of your head, neck, shoulders and back muscles when you lie on your back or side.” There is no type of rebound memory foam in this pillow. It states quality firm and not too soft for maximum comfort. This is not the case at all. This pillow is the hardest pillow I’ve ever laid my head on. It states that it can be used two different ways to achieve comfort as in height. I tried both ways. Neither way worked. It stated that it is for people who lay on their side, their stomach or their back. The way this pillow is shaped it provides zero comfort anyway it’s laid on. Did maintain the shape retention? Yes because the pillow basically does not move out of shape because it’s hard and the pillowcase keeps it exactly in place for no movement whatsoever.As far as the pillowcase they mention- the pillow does have a case on it and it’s removable so you can wash it, but if you’re the type of person who wants to protect the pillow with a pillow protector, there’s no type of protector to purchase for this shape of pillow. Basically you’re laying on the pillowcase, not protecting the pillow. That’s a minor downside. The major downside is the ergonomics of this pillow is absolutely terrible. The picture description shows people with doctor jackets showing athumbs up. From personal experience, I don’t see how any doctor could recommend this pillow. I let it sit for 24 hours before I used it. The very first night I got less than four hours of sleep because I tossed and turned trying to get my head comfortable on this pillow. The paperwork in the box says to give the pillow three weeks for your head to adjust to the “memory foam.“ I laid on a second night and I woke up with a headache in the morning. Who would want to lay on a pillow for three weeks with the attempt to make the pillow work for what they call “the memory foam” feature? I see that as three weeks of literally no sleep! Fortunately, I kept the box but discarded the plastic that it came wrapped in. On the side of the box was an email if you were dissatisfied. I emailed my dissatisfaction and it took about a week for a reply, but fortunately after some emailing back and forth, as they requested pictures to show them my dissatisfaction. This was a little difficult to do so I actually sent them 2 pictures of my sleep app for the 2 nights I slept on the pillow which captures how much sleep I get each night. This was all they needed to issue me a full refund and I donated this pillow to my church who collects clothing and bedding items. I thought maybe this pillow may work for somebody? I’m not one to throw things in the garbage, even though my first thought was that that was exactly where this pillow belonged. It surely did not work for me. I suggest from my personal opinion you think twice about purchasing this and please by all means read the reviews that are in the one and two star category. I do not recommend at all.

I was waking up every morning with a sore neck and a headache. This pillow has changed all that. I sleep better and have less problems with my neck. No more waking up with a headache

I have found that this pillow has helped to reduce the neck and shoulder pains I experience; they have been significantly better since I started using it (I have had it for about a month now). Though I did find it took a little while to get used to (in fact, I am still getting used to it). In particular, the top section, which is a curvy shape used when sleeping on your side, could be wider - the parts used for sleeping on your back and on your side are a bit squished together. I have found that it is very comfortable for sleeping on your back, but not quite so much for sleeping on your side (which I prefer). I think it would also be good if there was an option to purchase a fitted pillow protector and additional pillowcases. Overall, though, I have found it to reduce the pains I have been experiencing in my neck and shoulders.
