An excellent digestive aid. I am recolonizing my gut bacteria after heavy antibiotic use for a leg wound. B.Coagulans is specific to digestion. You can also get another very good one by BioGaia Immune Active for the bacteria L. Reuteri DSM 17938. DSM means it is a German strain of L Reuteri, and BioGaia is made in Sweden. Good quality. I found this product does not give me any gas, bloating, breath odor or other negative side effect. Works well, does its job silently and effectively in stealth mode! B. Subtilis apparently, kills staph inside you. Not sure if that is true or not, but since my leg wound got a light dosing of staph, why not? Gut bacteria have very powerful antidotes to common invading bugs from the UTI bug Citrobacter to Staph. My leg wound on the tendon got badly infected from a fall on dirt and so I am not taking chances. I have bombarded my gut with various friendly gut biome like this one and it is working! I feel better, digestion has improved, infections have been warded off. Not giving medical advice here, just sharing what worked for me. I would recommend this probiotic for digestive issues, gut inflammation, etc. It is an important one for digestion.

I’ve been using this probiotic for years and it never lets me down. Keeps me regular and as someone who deals with skin issues, the staph portion really works. Clean ingredients and a great company. Highly recommend.

This product really works for staph

I needed to add a probiotic to my regime so I gave this one a try. I usually have difficulty as they cause some discomfort while you get used to them. I managed to get that period more easily with one and I actually less stomach issues now. So for me this is a great product and I am glad I found it. It seems to be a quality product with limited ingredients.

I alternate my probiotics and digestive enzymes so I can see what my body wants and also so I can be sure to get a variety of strains. This is a proprietary blend with some Turmeric added and it claims a better absorption rate in the gut. We all need different things and trial and error and patience is the only way to decide what’s best for you. This is a unique blend, but more costly too. Maybe it’s the right one for you or maybe you only need something more basic. Your diet also matters, so try a few and see what makes you feel best.
