Are these strong enough to use with a tie down kit?

I haven't used a tie down kit but I would think so . I used it in my channel at the side of my van to stop my sun canopy moving.

Before buying, check that an M4 bolt will slide aong the rail aperturee

Good quality product but M4 bolt is a little oversized and I'm going to have to spread the channel for the item to slide. It may be that my 24yr old Bailey caravan had different sized rails?
