Caraway 12-Piece Non-Stick Ceramic Cookware Set

I am loving my new pans, I feel like I have turned into a good cook! Everything they claim is true -- even heating, little oil required, no sticking, easy cleanup. They have a good weight to them and are attractive

Healthy cookware. I am tired of buying fry pans that degrade with use in a short time. My favorite pan finally had to be replaced. The 12” caraway fry pans comes close to it. The first time I used it I was surprised, amazed and very happy with the results. The fry pan held its temperature evenly and cooked the meat perfectly. The food did not stick and cleanup was a breeze. I also indulged in the bright yellow/golden color pans and it’s just a cheerful color. The pans are heavy, good craftsmanship and make me think the durability of years is guaranteed. Happy cooking everyone.

Given as a gift. Delivery was Very fast, just a couple of days & without paying for expedited shipping. Receiver loves this cookware set. Said it works great, enjoy the green color. They use it daily, have had it for about 3 months now and said it still looks brand new. Their satisfaction has given me the confidence to move forward in purchasing this 2 more times as gifts for upcoming house warming and anniversary gifts. OUTSTANDING cookware! Updated: Additional gift sets given also absolutely loved by the recipients! They both received the blue sets, raved about the expensive/impressive quality, the beautiful color and specifically mentioned how eggs slide around with ease without the use of oil. All recipients also appreciated the included storage units to hang the lids and store the pans on there sides, preventing any future damage due to traditional pan ‘nesting’ in cabinets. This also enables being able to retrieve a pan with one hand instead of having to sift thru a stack of pans with two hands. My only critique and suggestion to the company would be to give the option when buying to select the standard lids or the see thru glass lids with the cookware sets. Having to purchase the glass lids separately if wanted is discouraged due to the expense overall and the waste of then having two lid sets if you did so.

I love this cookware! The pans allow cooking to be very easy due to the non-stick quality. I also enjoy how easy they are to clean. I do hand wash after each use & do not put into dishwasher, as stated in product. This is not a problem as they are very easy to clean. I love the heating speed. The handles tend to get hot, I think due to my using a gas stove & not an electric stove top. I have not hand any problems with scratching, however, I take very careful care of this set due to the cost I paid. Very compatible with cupboard space & color. The storage separators that is provided helps with organization & ease of storage.

This has to be one of the most painfully disappointing purchases of my entire life. I spent months researching, reading reviews, etc before taking the plunge and making the investment in super nice and much safer cookware for my family. It arrived quickly, and we absolutely were THRILLED with our new cookware. For about 2 months. We noticed quickly that some of the most frequently-used pieces - namely the fry pans and sauté pan - were getting a little more “sticky” and we were having to put a little elbow grease into cleaning them. Not a huge deal, but a little alarming that we were already noticing a difference. Within 6 months, we were having major problems with food sticking to the pans and also ugly, permanent stains. And let me just say - we are fully aware of the proper care that these items require. We read every bit of the instructions that tell you how to baby these things like they are the most fragile, non-durable newborn babies in the whole world (because they are). We were careful to never use higher than medium heat on them, never preheat longer than 3 seconds, always lovingly hand-washed with the included sponges (at least until those didn’t do the trick), never put them on heat wet, let them cool before washing….the list of instructions and specifications is long. Contacted Caraway in September and began and months-long back and forth with customer service. They wanted proof of the issues - I sent it. They then copy and paste their tips for care - which I already told them we had been following to a T. Caraways position is basically that if something goes wrong within the first year, it’s the customer’s fault and not theirs. The “stickiness over time is typically the result of usage and not the manufacturer’s defect.” They do ADMIT flat-out that “over time, it’s natural for the nonstick coating to degrade” and that “while the ceramic coating is designed for durability” how it performs over time is influenced by how it’s cared for. I ASSURE YOU, we didn’t drop almost $1,000 on cookware and bakeware to just haphazardly treat it like shit. It’s a super convenient stance for the company to take to just claim that the cookware is durable and wonderful - and if anything goes wrong at all, it’s due to user error. Caraway customer service did offer to GENEROUSLY offer me a 30% discount if I wanted to BUY MORE OF THEIR COOKWARE. Are you kidding me? After pushing back, they reluctantly agreed to replace ONE of the three pans that are essentially unusable. Just one. I suspect this new one will meet a similar fate. I will say, the bakeware set hasn’t presented any major problems so far (other than getting scratched up if you so much as LOOK at it the wrong way). But this bakeware set also isnt subjected to anywhere near the amount of almost every-day use as the cookware. I feel sick we invested in this and are just going to have to throw most of it in the trash after a year. I thought we would have these beautiful pieces for years to come.

I Love this cookware. Follow the care instructions and this set will last many years. A pleasure to use and cook with. Cleans easily with a paper towel and then some soap and water.

The product is looking good but missing the parts

The pan arrived with part of the coating already missing, with the detached coating transferred onto the cardboard packaging. This is clearly a manufacturing defect that existed before the product was ever used. I am disappointed that, despite receiving a defective product, the only remedy offered appears to require me to incur substantial courier costs, inconvenience, and time to obtain a refund or replacement. A customer should not have to bear additional expense and hassle to resolve a defect that was present on delivery.

Good quality non stick cookware! Love them over any other famous Chefs’ cookware! Very stylish too!
