I was able to program this remote to control two thirty-year old dip switch garage door openers as well as a newer rolling code garage door opener. Programming is super easy, just like homelink in a car. The remote itself is nice and small. The only issue I ran into is that the keychain attachment did not come attached to the remote, and I had to take the remote apart to attach it. Great value for the money.

This is the third remote I have purchased from Xihad - the first two I purchased were the models with the round buttons vs the more rectangular buttons on this model. I believe that the internals are the same. I purchased these with the hope that they would be able to work with the various gate and garage controllers I have, which are: Liftmaster gate opener, two Mighty Mule gate openers, an older GTO gate opener with dip switches, and a Chamberlan garage door opener, for a total of five devices I needed to control. And yes, I've been able to control all of them! What has been great - besides being able to control the various devises, is that I was able to control two devices - the Liftmaster & Chamberlan, both with rolling codes - with one button on the remote. So with this four-button remote I've been able to control all 5 devices. One thing that I like about this model (rectangular buttons) is that they are easier to press than the smaller round buttons on the other model.

The remote you sent DOES not work with a Genie 2028 garage door opener … I have worked with it for a day and a half … i looked at every video I could find and nothing … it is an expensive piece of garbage
