How to carry it when it is full? Is there something similar to the handle?

There are 2 handles on each end to easily carry and even move around.

One end is taller than the other. Can anyone give me the height of each end?

The taller end is 25cm (9.8 inches) and the shorter end is 16cm (6.3 inches).

Does it fit the rear seat? I have two naughty kids and need an organizer.

Yes, you put it in the rear seat between the two kids, it's just the right size.

Will it fit a honda fit?

Yes, it works well for Honda Fit.
