I got the used like new, what a waste. They were used 😂🤣 I was expecting no protective film. One missing from the pack or something. But they were used and had been sublimated on with one at the front of the pack not used. Although I did get a refund. Shame because the picture that was on them looked great 👍 🤣😂

Made my 2nd plate and the first one turned out okay, the second chipped after I took the paper off, I can't sell it like the way it is. Now I might end up replacing the first plate because of this. I will find out today how the other plate is holding up because it was going to the same person.

Just had a customer from May complain about the colors on her tag fading. The black is now brown and the silver is now pink. It's only been 3 months and now I have to refund my customer

The quality of the sublimation coating was horrendous and unfortunately not visible to the naked eye until after doing the heat press. Dark colours were splotchy or nonexistent which did not produce a smooth picture. If I could give this product less stars I would! I would NOT recommend buying this product.

In the description it plainly states 5 packs. When you scroll down and read the detailed specs, it says there are 5 per pack. Seems to me from the info, that there should be 5 packs of 5 tags. I only received one pack of 5.

They sub very well the color comes out good now Each spot that has shadowing is a dent in the tag and all 5 tags have several dents in them. It may could have came from the shipping but I’d recommend better packaging (bubble mailers or boxes) for that reason.
