Foot Up - Drop Foot Brace - Replacement Inlay - Black

I suffer from drop foot on my left foot and have been using an Össur foot up orthotic. I can only use them on laced shoes and it is bothersome taking the inlay off one pair of shoes and putting onto another. So as to make life easier, I got a spare one. These little inlays from Össur are great and I shall be investing in some more.

Foot-ups keep my dear husband from stumbling due to neuropathy. The brace is great but the elastic doesn't last as long as the brace itself. This is when these come in handy. Instead of repurchasing the entire brace, these Inlays fit perfectly and keep them functioning. Highly recommend, but remember that these are not the entire foot brace, you need the Ossur brace as well.

A spare is always useful.

Keeps foot up... great. Got rid of the brace that went up the entire calf that was very confining. She feels much more free and people don't look at her like she's an invalid (she had spinal surgery and a dropped foot, among other major things resulting from a car accident). I've heard that the strap begins to stretch, but after a week it hasn't done that. We'll see. The only real problems are that it didn't come with instructions and I had to figure it out and make sure it was placed properly in the shoe, the price is MUCH, MUCH too high for what it is made of and it can't be used with anything BUT a shoe with laces. All in all, it seems to work and it changed her entire attitude.

Works well. Upper part constricts ankle somewhat - probably unavoidable. I loosen/disable it for part of the day. Lower strap/plastic can come out, needs to be secure under laces. Somewhat difficult to buckle - need to bend foot to attach. Does lift foot up well.
