Very nice Especially for the price

I purchased one of these in late October. It puts out a good amount of light and the plants in the greenhouse thrived with the light running for about 11 hours per day. The light does get hot, but I have a small fan in the greenhouse so I pointed the fan to help cool the light. The light seems to work very well for plant growth.Since it seemed to work well, I bought a second light a couple of weeks ago. However, the first light failed in less than one month-the blue LEDs work, but no red and white LEDs. The surface-mount LEDs are mounted on an aluminum plate so it's very difficult to try to repair any bad solder joints. The wires running to the aluminum panel had bad solder joints but repairing them didn't fix it. The two driver boards both work fine, so the problem is with the LED board.UPDATE: The seller contacted me and offered a refund to resolve my issue. I did NOT expect that, as I knew I was violating my warranty by attempting to repair the unit. My preference was to obtain a replacement unit instead, which the seller shipped and arrived a day earlier than expected. That is GREAT customer service for a grow light that is inexpensive!

Seems to be so good so far. My plants have reacted to it nicely.

Awful. Lasted not even 3 months, the fan stopped working and nearly started a fire in my tent. I took a temp check of the light after i burned myself, it was reading close to 180°f whereas my other light was a cool 84°f. I don't recommend.

Out of all the lights I’ve bought so far this is the best but that’s not saying much since only 1 of the 2 I bought is fully functional

46 days from beginning germination. Plants seem to be responding well having both veg and flower lights on. No issues so far. No issues with heat having good air circulation. I have no experience with other led lights so nothing to really base an opinion on.

I'm on a budget and got what I could for my girls. I bought both this unit and the upgrade Beelux. Both are built well and though I've only been running one for 2 or 3 weeks there have been no issues thus far. My more developed girl went from 6inchs to this height under this light. Dunno if my meter sucks but this light gives out low lux etc numbers, but my plants haven't died and when using full power both switches she drooped, so obviously there is some power. My room is 2x6x6 mylar covered grow closet, 6 inch intake 4inch carbon output, and the two lights kick out some good heat but nothing good Ventilation can't handle. Get a good timer,cut off switch because diodes will still be energized if you turn it off from the wall during total dark time. The lights don't daisy chain together, but otherwise you get what you need to hang them in the way you need, they are solidly built. One oddity is this unit, the original?, is built out of stamped metal and a glass face yet the beelux is more plastic, plastic plate but is the upgraded unit?? Anyway over all good product for the need, I suspect would be even better for just house plants etc. If your on a budget or trying to engineer a solution, buy them, just don't expect spider or mars numbers. Will update in 90 days of on/off use.
