Need to improve customer support
It has been working smoothly for an year, and stopped suddenly, the customer support team responded took back the product repaired and returned it in working condition.

It worked from 01-02-2022 to 14-08-2025 Aprx 2.5Yrs Life Product is good and recomended, but Wifi Indicator worked for 2Yrs only

Not connecting to wifi. Was Purchased just 3 months ago
Connecting to wifi is really very difficult. Though I am generally good at handling these kind of devices I found this one very difficult to connect to my home wifi at the time of first installation. Within 2 to 3 months it got automatically disconnected. Despite trying for an hour could not re connect it. Clarification - My router is a good quality Netgear router. There are no walls in between the router and the switch. While standing next to the switch, mobile gets good wifi range. Problem is with the Tata switch. The tata EZ home app is also very clumsy. Offers no way to find out where the problem lies and troubleshoot. Had posted this issue in feedback and support section in the EZ app around a week ago. There is no response whatsoever.

Works as promised
Well built product. Got it installed from UC. Bough the housing and frame from a local store. The first UC technician goofed up the wiring. The second one fixed it. Working as scheduled and the physical on/off button is a boon. Waiting for the product to be back in stock to order another one.
