Can you bring this on a plane?

The Vesper YESPER 12V/24V Car Jump Starter is rated at 42000mah (42 Ah) if that's correct at 12 volts the wh is 504WH not 44.4WH at 24V it would be twice that. To get to 44.4 WH, the voltage would be 1.06V.
