I was really disappointed.Presumably because of the cheap clips - doesn’t have the best strength. This is the 3rd phone mount I’ve bought from this company (I’ve lived in extremely hot areas, share my vehicle with others, have a fairly bulky phone case, and know that obviously all plastic will break eventually when exposed to high temperatures— but I get 3+ years out of each one before that happens so I’m very impressed. It’s also never failed at the vent clip or in the mount mechanics, it’s always at the ball joint. So I always assumed the weight of my device and case factor in!) This new mount is an upgraded version from my last one. I love how easy it is to install, how quickly you can make adjustments but also how sturdy it can be once you “lock” into the settings/angles you like. My muscle memory is going to take a bit to stop looking for the release button on the back of the mount (their previous model), but I think the new release button on the side feels easier to work with! My vehicle only has vertical vent slats, and this mount still has no trouble staying in place. I will continue to support this company because I know they make a great product that they’re constantly seeking to improve for their customers. Worth every cent.

Broke after a year of use. The metal clip that tightens the mount to the car vent has a small pin that holds the metal clip in the mount and that’s what failed.

The phone holder is perfect for my needs as it holds the phone firmly. It doesn't fall away from the air vents like some competitors, as it has a special hook at the back which holds it firmly in place. I love that I can rotate it to landscape view very easily, by just twisting the holder. It can adjust to different phone sizes and widths. On bumpy roads it stays secure and there isn't any vibration. It was very easy and quick to fit. I have recommended this product to my friends.

Bought this product as I wanted to use a vent based non magnetic mount. Really like the metal clip hook and the solid construction of this unit. With a push button, it is easy to install and remove your phone. I have an older iPhone XS max which is way bigger and heavier than newer phones and this one was able to securely hold it in place. Like all other VENMASS products, build quality is exceptional. Only issue I encountered was the distance between the two vent slots was a little tight for me. However once inside (hook part), all was quite straight forward. This was an issue with BMZ Z4 but it was ok when installing on a different brand of vehicle

quality is good, But too expensive for the quality. I paid for quick delivery, still arrived 4 days late, almost missed the birthday of the gift receiver.

Pretty good. Used for 2 years took it in Himalaya and thar desert drove at 100km/h Remained perfectly stable. The only time I took it off was for service at the center otherwise it's on value for money for me.
