Tastiest Way to Get You Antioxidants Each Day
I use this as a topping for Cottage Cheese or yogurt with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes and it is a wonderful flavor. It is more intense than a fruity olive that would have less less polyphenolic compounds. Sometimes, if I don't have the cottage cheese and veggies to use I just drink a little in a shot glass to get a daily dose of antioxidants. I carefully measure out 16.5g of olive oil, about 15ml, which is roughly 1 Table Spoon and 120 calories. That one 1 TB gives me all the polyphenolic antioxidants i need each day. This is a terrific product.

It’s been almost a year since I bought my first bottle. It changed my life and I can’t live without it. I had extreme inflammation and pain. Could barely walk at times because of my hip pain. Plus autoimmune joint pain. I’m a new person! 1 tablespoon a day. Choke it down, it tastes awful. Not for cooking or salad. Just do it. You’ll get used to it. It’s worth it!

Worth every dollar!!!!!
On my second bottle. I take about1/4 shot 4 times a day. The stuff is a bit harsh, have a glass of water nearby. The Polyphenols are worth it. I feel less bloated. Time will tell.

I am excited to see the health benefits from this highly concentrated polyphenol EVOO. I'm taking 1 teaspoon per day. It's very smooth tasting--not peppery, and very "olivie" tasting.

Best tasting oil
One of the best tasting oils I’ve had, you can taste the purity. Bottle easy to use . I use it in salad dressing, too good to waste it for cooking. Just wish it came in a larger bottle, would like to buy more at one time.

Does help with joint inflammation
Have been using this for about a week. Can tell the difference in my joint inflammation. Hope it continues to get better as time goes on. The taste is different than regular organic olive oil but I just add a little balsamic glaze to help with that. Will definitely purchase it again.

It tastes as expected (oily lol) takes a bit of getting used to, but hopefully the affects will negate the trauma of the spoon.

Vorsicht! Ungenießbar – kein High-Phenolic Öl
Ich habe dieses Öl wegen der angeblich hohen Polyphenolwerte gekauft – leider eine klare Enttäuschung. Der Geschmack ist ungewöhnlich und leicht ranzig, schmeckt als ob etwas mit dem Öl nicht passt. Noch auffälliger: Der typische scharfe „Hals-Kick“, den man von echten High-Phenolic Olivenölen kennt, fehlt komplett. Zum Vergleich: Ich nutze regelmäßig Olive Plus und Phenolio (Artgerecht) – beide haben eine deutliche bittere und scharfe Note mit dem typischen Kratzen im Rachen, schmecken dabei aber wie frische, hochwertige Olivenöle. Genau das fehlt hier. Für mich ungenießbar – ich werde es entsorgen.

Unpleasant taste
Unfortunately it tastes like it has mud in it. It’s just not pleasant. NOVEMBER high polyphenol Olive Oil is far superior in taste.
