NOW Supplements, Fenugreek 500 mg, Herbal Supplement, 100 Veg Caps

I'm very pleased with this product- I got it as a sleep aid and it works great in that capacity, but it's slow acting so I take it a couple hours before going to bed. What's cool- and a bonus- is that I wake up without any drowsy feeling, and a little extra energy that lasts thru the day. The capsules do have an unusual taste, but I just wash it down with water quickly. Also, the bottle says take 2 capsules but just one works great for me, and yeah, if you build up a sweat after taking these, there's definitely a light maple-syrup aroma, but that's no biggie to me. I'll be reordering!

I came to be the person that tells you if it actually makes the girls look better or not. First off, let’s hold hands and be realistic. It didn’t make me jump another cup size but i do feel like they feel fuller and slightly more filled out on my upper chest area where ive lost A LOT of volume due to weight loss. I also feel like they look slightly perkier because they’re fuller. I was feeling soooo bad about myself and i can say that these did have enough of an effect that i did find myself feeling better about them after a few days of use. Considering i noticed a difference, there’s a variety of benefits, and ive had no side effects, I think that it’s worth taking.

Fair warning - if you take this on an empty (ish) stomach, these will battle in your stomach for about 10 mins and then the feeling of discomfort or wanting to vomit should subside. Not sure if these have been doing much, without getting some blood work, but I have no other complaints. 4/5 just due to the stomach battle upon taking the recommended dose.

Been taking these for a month now it helps with my weight gain it leaves no after taste my only issue is it makes me very gassy.

i LOVE fenugreek! made my sweat smell like maple syrup, i have some slight hormonal imbalances and i was taking this alongside some prog cream and pueraria mirifica to fix them, this is the most painless, lightest period i have EVER had. i took a smaller dosage while menstruating (1 pill instead of 2 to avoid sharp blood sugar drops) and it was perfect. it has also helped my stomach problems! no issues digesting and i haven’t woken up bloated since i started.

Much better than Himalaya or Bliss. It's worth every penny. Works fine on constipation. Possibly works fine on metabolism also. Don't doubt it.

I ordered these because of an article that said that fenugreek (the usual English name for this product) raises testosterone levels. I can't say I've noticed a big difference, but perhaps some boost. I recommend taking the capsules in the middle of a meal rather than after, because I've had some trouble with fenugreek-flavored burps.

I am glad I came across this product. I ordered this product mainly to help improve my testosterone levels as my hair had started to thin a bit and also provide me with a good boost of energy. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks (twice a day, morning and night) and have noticed that I now wake-up not so tired anymore and felt more motivated to go to the gym or do more outdoor activities. My appetite have improved and I now crave less sugary stuff. No complaints in the bedroom either, give this product a go and feel the difference!
