Mounting screws matched old model and simply unplug one, put in exact connector and move to next connector except the 24V is not to be used with my furnace that went into THR for the thermostat. Well after scratching my head for awhile..I read the big warning on the outside of the box on where to coobect the 24 volt connector! Now it works..
