This device really works. I traveled to Europe last October, but my connections inside the U.S. got us delayed. Therefore, the total travel time extended to almost 15 hours. When I finally arrived at my hotel and was able to open the canister, the medicine was as cold as when I first put it in my backpack. I was so thankful. Additionally, I did not have any problems with TSA or European customs. I simply pulled it out from my backpack and put it in a tray. No problems whatsoever. The bright blue color also helped me distinguish it from the other items in my bags.The design and size are appropriate for the purpose of carrying medicines that need to be cold. I read other reviews where the users did not freeze the inside element that is supposed to be frozen separately for eight hours. They took the whole device and put it in the freezer resulting in the inside bottle not being frozen. I felt the written instructions and drawings for proper cooling are well written to avoid this problem. I totally recommend this item to keep your medicine cold during long periods of travel. Just read the instructions and review the drawings carefully.

Outstanding bottle for travel. I can fit about 4 bottles in it which is perfect for my needs. Thermometer is accurate and super helpful. Appreciate its size so I can check on it at a glance. It’s durable and will keep your products safe.

This is a very stylish and portable “cooler” perfect for medicine when traveling! We took a 12 hour trip this summer from Ohio to South Carolina and it kept my diabetic medicine in the perfect range it needed to stay cool. I was very pleased , we even left it in a hot car for rest stops and meal breaks. Having the temperature dial to read on it when we got to our destination was a comfort knowing my medicine stayed cool enough.

I was skeptical about this because it was super affordable and the nice ones are in the triple digit price range. It has held up and worked. I’ve used it for road trips, long hot days and plane travel.

I ran a calibration check with ice water and a thermapen, and the temp was off by about 5 degrees. Not really a problem as long as you know, and it is good to have some indication of what is going on inside. That said, we stored it in a refrigerator, and the temperature reading went up to 50 degrees, which freaked my wife out, but the inside was still cold, so it seems you need the outside of the device at room temperature for accuracy? Definitely did the job.

Keeps insulin cold and protected for days at a time. Great for over seas flights.

Good quality for the price. I tested it for 24 hours: it stayed within 2–8°C for around the first 10 hours, reaching 4–5°C for several hours. After 24 hours, it was around 10°C. Overall, a good performance for the price and more than adequate for a 10-hour trip. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully.

Quite impressive insulation for the price. See graph for my testing, it was able to keep < 8C for over 36 hours. Careful not to put the ice pack while it's too cold, or you'll get the internal temperature below freezing.

Excellent product. I’ve found it keeps cold for about 3 days at about 25C and will use this while travelling. I really like the ‘emergency’ option of using cold water when it isn’t possible to freeze the ice pack.
