Will this fit bucket (sports) seats please?

However, you need to adjust your comfortable height with upper straps of cushion. For Sports seats, i would personally suggest that you could put just on your lower back. You could try more comfortable position and find the most fit one.

Would this fit on the back middle seat of a Mitsubishi pickup please?

I don’t think it will as you need to be able to get the straps around the seat to get it in position
