Are they rdl/ squat proof ?

I don't do squats, but I run in these and they stay in place and don't ride up or down. They are super comfortable too.

Could you wear these as underwear?

Yes. I actually wear them as bottoms to sleepwear shirts. They are thin enough to wear as underwear. I ordered L-XL and they are a bit tight but I weigh 195 at 5 foot 4 & a half inches.

How stretchy are they? Will they stretch with my pregnant belly over the summer?

They are pretty stretchy, and would likely fit under your if your belly got too big for them. Congratulations! :-)
