Glide Gear V Yoke Hunting Gun Rifle Stick/ Monopod / Tripod Holder

Replacement for my primos shooting stick. Works as is and rubber inserts hold barrel stock in place. No issues with durability, has held up.

When hunting squirrels, my single shooting stick left a lot to be desired Ben it comes to stability. Had the idea to try this on my camera tripod to add more stability. This came with a metal insert to give the option for two different size screw ins. The metal insert allowed it to fit the tripod for a tight stable fit. Just what I needed and I agree with other reviewers - the inside strips will help hold the rifle for non-slip stability! Can’t wait to test in the field! I have no doubt it will be a great improvement to over what I have been using!

I have the older version Gen II Primos Trigger Stick. This Yoke fit on the threaded fitting perfectly. There is an additional threaded insert that will allow this Yoke to fit onto other devices with a smaller thread. When tightened on the trigger stick, the yoke does still have a swivel function.

Its really small. Even a small skinny forend sits 1/2 up in the rest..Because of how narrow it is , gun rocks side to side easy. Not very stable. Kind of expecting to bump in once or twice and have it break at the swivel. If u have a wider forend, dont bother. Produce dimensions says over 7" wide packaging, rest is 4.25" wide outside, and 2.75 inside at the top.Pros, really light, soft rubber on the v notch. Would be nice for a light weight monopod or walking stick.

This item appears identical to the Primos yoke that I lost. It fit perfectly on my bipod and is everything I wanted it to be.

Easy to use and keeps keeps the kids on target with heavy rifles

I needed a shooting rest for my 6 yr old to shoot from deer hunting. He’s not quite big enough to freehand it steadily and in the blind it didn’t work with him supporting the gun on the window openings while sitting because he’s too short, while standing he was then stooped over. With the tripod (cheap I’ve had several years) I got the perfect height for him to shoot standing and this little device provided great hold. It stays secure yet swivels easily. For the price can’t beat this setup.

I bought this to replace the yoke that fell off my Primos Trigger stick somewhere. It had a little threaded insert which I promptly took out and set aside, and the treads looked like a good fit. However, the threads do not match the trigger stick without the little silver threaded insert.Thankfully I did not throw that away! Its all installed and happy and works as intended.
