Tomxcute Cat Water Fountain, 3.2L/108oz Automatic Stainless Steel Pet Fountain Dog Water Dispenser, Ultra-Quiet Pump and 3 Replacement Filters & for Cats, Dogs, Multiple Pets

Love this cat water fountain! My cat is easily scared by loud noises, so this quiet fountain is perfect for her. She used to keep trying to drink from the kitchen faucet before we got this fountain, and now she likes directly drinking where it runs from the spout. The fountain is simple and unchallenging to operate and the amount of water the fountain holds is more than enough to last before needing to clean it out. I like that I am easily able to lift the top part of the fountain to check the water level and see if I need to change it. The steel bowl is painless to wash and the pump part is also relatively straightforward to take apart and clean. The guide given to wash all the components is very clear and thorough, which I appreciate, as it relieves my worries about the quality and cleanliness of the water my cat drinks. The customer care team at Tomxcute is also wonderful! I’ve had this fountain for almost three years now and only just recently the water pump had stopped running, so I emailed them and they responded extremely quickly to my concerns with trying to troubleshoot the issue, and then rapidly sent a replacement pump after seeing that it still was not working. Huge shout out and thank you to the kindness and understanding from the customer support team!

My cat took to this fountain very quickly. He says it's a purrriffic gift for a cat. It's very easy to use. Just fill it up to the minium line and place the top on. Plug it in and the water starts coming out immediately. It's extremely quiet and I can't hear it running. I like that it is stainless steel to keep it easy to clean. It's a nice size so I only need to fill it every other day and I give it a rinse out. The tap design is nice to give it that appearance like a sink tap that my cat oh so LOVES to drink from! But, lucky for Mr. PICKLES he now has his own running tap 24/7! It's a very nice product and I look forward to watching my cat enjoy it for years to come.
