This Italian loves the flavor!
For those who might be confused, this brand of capicola is cooked…after it’s cured. Also the prices here are quite ridiculous. I pay $60 for two 5 lb pieces from a local Dutch Market shipped in from their supplier and it’s fresh. It’s delish, but I’d never pay those prices, people are so greedy these days!

Unsure what others where talking about but gave samples to multiple people to make sure I was not mistaken and they all said the same thing "a little but barely any heat/spice." Great taste but maybe complaints made them cool down the heat unfortunately!!!

Poor flavor and texture.
Flavor and texture are bad likely because it is cooked and not cured. This should be made clear in the description which it is not. Waste of $120.

Fantastic! It's got heat but in my opinion it could be hotter, so I'm not sure what the too hot reviews are all about. I wouldn't even range this as hot but spicy but like I said I like hot foods and spices. If you do you'll love this.

Cooked not cured
You couldn’t tell from the Picture and description that it was cooked coppa. I was looking for cured coppa and it’s not returnable.
