I would compare the published measurements of the Series 8 watch with the series 7. It fits the Series 7 45MM perfectly

What you see is what you get. No issues. My 40mm SE fits perfectly. No issues with functionality. Looks great (exactly like the products pics) and well constructed. Definitely recommend. I haven't installed the Casio faces, but intend to do so.
