Better than shrink wrap for securing a big rug. Simply roll it and slide it into the bag--you can move and carry it without dropping any dirt or dust. I'm not a big lifter, but the plastic is thick enough that I could drag it to the cart I was using to move it without tearing the plastic. Useful!

Bought three of these bags and they performed superbly during an interstate move. Secured 2 silk rugs and a tapestry with this nice thick plastic bag. The fasteners that were used on both and stayed secured during the entire move to storage, while and storage for 7 months, and then from storage to the new location. Great protection from dust, water and other environmental issues. Very impressed with the durability and reliability of this product. Protected our valuable rugs during the entire process.

I have a dog and a toddler so only two (hallway and my bedroom) out of the five rugs in my house AREN'T Ruggables. Since I change out the rugs for the seasons, these are perfect for storing the ones I'm not currently using.

This worked perfectly for our moving. The thick plastic bag protects a rug from rain and scratch. It also made moving more easily.

Rolled up my 6x9 rug and it fit, barely, and I could zip tie the end. Rug is going in the garage and I trust this bag will keep the dust off, which is why I got it, but I wouldn't move it around a lot. I'd say the bag would probably be good for one move, not multiple. If I had to do it over again, I'd probably get a size up on all rug bags, this one barely fit my rug.
