Is the print floral or polka dots? I cannot tell. It looks polka but description says floral.

The dress has small daisy like flowers not polka dots

What size is a uk size 18

For me, I found the dress true to size. I am a 10/12 and the ‘medium’ fit perfectly

Does it have an inner lining?

No, doesn’t have inner lining. Very light and floaty on the skirt area. 35 percent polyester, 65 percent cotton. Very pretty dress. I thought it was a bit clingy and a bit long on me, when I tried it on and asked to return but supplier asked if I could find a friend who might like it!! Overall nice dress but you may want more cotton than polyester to stop it clinging to your legs!
