Great flavor!
This seasoning is wonderful! Can't keep the jerky long! Everyone loves the taste it gives chicken, beef or deer.

Best Hi Mountain Jerky Seasoning
I've tried a bunch of the Hi Mountain jerky seasonings and for venison I think the Hunters Blend is the best. It covers the gamey taste pretty well and it's almost a mix of the spicy one, hickory, and cracked pepper and garlic. I usually add some red pepper flakes for some more heat too. Overall great flavor and I use it every fall.
