Has it benefited anyone so far? Any recognizable side effects?

It surprised me gave me energy, and as a stroke victim, I can use all the help I can get and that was just taking 1 capsule, I'd never take more due to it being on the edge of what I'd take. Drugs are too dangerous, this has been pretty good for me so far ! I'm glad I tried it !

Sirve para energía antes de entrenar y es un quemador de grasa corporal

It's hard to have faith in a product that says the amount per serving is 125 mg when almot assuredly this product is 2.5 mg. What's up?

I know this is confusing for consumers without basic chemistry wording/math or experience understanding labels. One serving contains 2.5mg Yohimbine HCL(active ingredient) which is 2% Standardized of the 125mg. Yohimbe Bark in the capsule. 125mg. x 0.02 =2.5mg

What is body recomposition?

To form something again or in a different way. Kind of like out with the old in with the new as far as health, diet, and exercise. Hope that helps.
