Great and Highly Effective for B12 Deficiency
This supplement was ordered by my vet to treat what was presumed to be a B12 deficiency that was causing GI issues in my dog. However, the biggest benefit and surprise is that my 14 1/2 year old dog had been sundowning for a few weeks and it completely disappeared after the first dose of this supplement. He has not had another incident of confusion, pacing or strange behavior since I started him on this supplement. It’s also helping his GI issues. My vet said that there has been a link between B12 and sundowning with humans and studies that it can be effective in dogs. The pills can be chewed or put in pill pockets to get your dog to take them and they seem to be highly effective.

Magic pill for doggy diarreah?
Im not even sure why this product helps but after running several tests on my dog due to his chronic diarreah. My vet recommended this because he has a folate deficiency. We'll ever since I have been giving these to him. His stools are firmer and he seems more energetic.

B12 and All Is Well...
My Veterinarian wanted my dog to take a B12 supplement as she had a vitamin B deficiency. After doing a little research, I decided to go with the Nutramax Cobalequin B12 Supplement for my dog and so far, so good.Nutramax is a name I was already familiar with in pet supplements as I have been using their products for a long time now. I have been depending on the Nutramax Cosequin Glucosamine supplement for all my dogs over the years, so it was an easy decision to select this product. As it is a chewable, it is easy to administer and I don't have to hide it in a piece of cheese. I simply call out to my dog and let her know I have a "Treat" for her, and she comes running to get it! I guess my dog feels it tastes good (but I have not personally confirmed that :-). Sometimes I simply toss her daily chewable in her food bowl and that works just as well. Also, my dog has Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). She has a very sensitive stomach with various food items causing stomach flare-ups and this edible/chewable supplement does not seem to cause any added stomach problems.A good product, at a reasonable price, produced by a manufacturer that has been around for a long time and has a great reputation, and no stomach sensitivity issues, all contribute to making it an easy buying decision.

good vitamins
My German Shepherd has been taking these for years and he thinks it’s a treat. It was recommended by a specialist that we went to for food allergies about 4 years ago.
