Made a 60 year old wagon restoration come out nice

This carriage is absolutely worth the money. Its well built but two thing aren't great. First, they come with plastic cap nuts for the wheels but I get this keeps cost down since they're about $8 each. Second, and probably the most frustrating the diagram for drilling the hokes fir the rear supports are off by 1/4". If you place an mark this wouldn't be an issue but if you measure to mark, print a templet or use CAD then the rear supports will not line up. That aside I'd highly recommend this producy.

Purchased this product and it arrived damaged. It wasn't the fault of the manufacturer but I needed a wheel replaced. I called them and they said it wasn't a problem. They just needed a picture of the defective wheel and they would replace it. It was just that easy. No arguing, no frustration. I called the company and the phone was answered by live person..... Imagine that! Thank you Tim!

Pros: 1. Sturdy, welded and powder coated construction. 2. True pivot steering, turns on a "dime" 3. Easily handles the 350 lb loading of my generator 4. Metal is powder coated, or anodized steel. Good construction quality. 5. Handles bumps sooo easily, love it. Cons: 1. Wheelbase is very narrow, not sure what it was intended for. I had to widen it for my application, which was fairly involved. 2. Wheels are Chinese. Although they do hold air, of which most Chinese wheels do not. So maybe the tube isn't Chinese? 3. Axle cap/nuts are plastic. Guaranteed to fail as soon as the plastic gets brittle, I'm guessing a year max! In my case assembly was complicated by widening the wheelbase from the narrow default. Wheel assemblies were pretty easy to customize though. I re-engineered my gen set frame, to mate to the wheel set using the recommended bolt pattern. That way if they didn't work out, I could easily take it all apart again and return. Unfortunately the wheels weren't wide enough as delivered, so the whole assembly was unstable. Thus I was forced to rebuild them, but in the end they worked perfectly and I love the final result! This wheel set probably saved me at least a day (or 2) of work, over fabricating my own..

After reading reviews I decided to give it a shot. Received it Fri afternoon. After reading reviews I was already aware of the the plastic wheel nuts - not a big deal. I used this kit to rebuild and existing wagon I had the running gear was completely trashed. With the exception of the tongue brace everything matched up perfectly. I had to redrill some holes to make them larger but not a big deal. One piece of strap for the tongue brace and done. Previous reviews complained of no hardware to mount the deck. WTH? You're buying a kit to BUILD something. All in all very satisfied. Had it together in 2 hrs.

I used this to move my 450 pound smoker around, welding the assembly to a 2x2 steel frame, and welding the frame to my smoker. For heavy weight applications, consider the wheel base and height of your payload. My smoker almost seems top-heavy and it feels like it could tip over with a tight turn. If you are welding, the metal is pretty soft and you can burn through it pretty quick. Nonetheless, this item finally solved my smoker mobility problem and I recommend this for the appropriate application.

This thing is great! Yes, you have to build the cart, but it is well worth it. Using it to tug around a 4x4 chicken brooder, in and out of my garage, up and down terrain that is much less than perfect. Wheels are big and sturdy, everything is made of metal, couldn’t be happier with a purchase like this, especially at the price. I need to find one with a wider wheel base for future projects, but it is exactly what I wanted and is performing way above expectations!

The set came with mostly assembled parts, including the front wheel axel part with mechanisms to control the two front wheel turning direction, and the rear wheel axel part. The remaining assembly is very simple: put on the wheels and install the front wheel structure and the rear wheel structure to a wagon box (or simply a few wooden boards). This set has an excellent build quality, everything looks sturdy, everything looks so clean. The delivery was very fast. This set offers the best values.

I wanted inflatable tires and heavy duty pulling gear for making a steady wagon for my fire wood and yard. This set is very good and heavily constructed. This wagon pulls a good weight in firewood with no bother. I’m very happy with the wheels etc.

I wanted to build a wooden wagon for my kid, and was designing the wheels, axles, steering, etc. I decided to check amazon to see if anybody was selling just wheels, and here it was. A full set of wheels, with the metal brackets to attach it to a flat piece of plywood. Perfect! Buying 2 separate wheels at HomeDepot would have cost more than this full set. I also bought the snow slide attachments, which will be perfect for winter here. Very decently built, very strong metal frame. Easily attached to a sheet of plywood with a couple of bolts. One of my Amazon-purchases that I am most happy with!

Everything was as I had expected... almost. The kit came with plastic nuts for securing the wheels to the axles - this seemed to be less than adequate. No problem! If you have the ability to cobble together your own wagon out of these parts, then surely it'll be a snap to source your own metal nuts and some washers. 4 stars!! It's awesome. Thanks Millside.
