Seed Needs: what is the germination rate of your wormwood seeds?

Lab testing recorded the germination rate at 82% for our most current batch, which we received around 2 weeks ago. Thank you.

I am looking for a plant that my grandmother had in Romania. Does this Wormwood plant bloom with yellowish small flowers?

The plant name in Romania it is :PELINUL, I boat the seeds and I did not got even 1 single plant . Artemisia Absinthium ;Artemisia Annum ; Wormwood it's the same plant.

How are seeds planted? -- Spacing --- How large are "a thousand seeds" ???

The seeds are extremely tiny about 1mm each, there is a good quantity in the package, I used promix and scattered the seeds on top great germination rate, I would not recommend direct sunlight though in a shaded area. I still have plants going.

Has anyone tasted the leaves of this wormwood plant to determine if it is actually Artemesia Absynthium? It will be very very bitter if it is.

Yes, the Artemisia absinthium is a very bitter herb. It is thus, due to thujones, in the oil, of Artemisia absinthium, which stimulate the nervous system. Information dictates to take, or taste? with caution. There are some serious side effects to this herb, when taken orally. Especially, when there is a history of other medications prescribed, or certain medical conditions, a person is dealing with, when considering this, in oral form. CAUTION IS ADVISED. This is a very beautiful herb, that may grow to 3 feet in height. Ornamental growing, and drying the herbs for crafts is wonderful, and really fun.
