Height
I like the style on the outside and the extra bit of height but not so much the design on the inside which may or may not matter. When the lid is lifted there just appears to be a large pan area leading to a rigid shape at the bottom. Be prepared to use toilet brush a lot more due to rigidity of the shape inside. I the inside could have been designed more curvaceous and not so rigid.

Fully examin before installing
Nice looking unit, but once installed mine leaked! It was hard to find but was traced to a crack in the moulding of the flush ring. There was also small blow holes in the enamel coating.Customer service was excellent and a replacement base was shipped within 2 days, however, on examination this also had a small blow hole in the enamel. Luckily it was located in a hard to see location and I was able to 'repair' it.In summary, great product, but DO inspect fully before installing.It is a great looking unit when installed.

Useless toilet seat
Toilet and cistern perfect, soft close seat rubbish, impossible to tighten up sufficiently, speed left or right with the slightest movement
