Can the led lights be turned off?

The led light is not able to be turned off

Can you attach it to your cellphone case?

You can but it defeats the purpose. The direct contact to the phone is what cools the device, a case would act as an insulator.

Is it really 4.5-7inches? this looks exactly like the brandsakuraclub one, that is not that wide.

It's not really 4.5 to 7 inches. I think what they're saying is it would cool a phone up to 7 inches, because it isn't only cool in the exact spot it's placed. I have a 6.24 inch phone and it works fantastic on it, but it is smaller than my phone. Hope that helps.

What are the power requirements (v, ma, watts)? ac only?

It is AC,power requirements 5V2A
