Call me stupid, but how do you turn it on?

On the back side opposite of the logo there is a small power button. Press up to 3 times for different functions. I actually added a bigger button to mine lol

If unplugged while running, will it start again when plugged back in? I would like to put it on a smart plug.

No, it will not start again when plugged back in. You would have to press the power button again to get it running.

How do you clean the fan?

Two small screws are removed on backside of fan to gain access to the blades for cleaning.

I have to hold the button down to keep the fan on. Has anyone else had this problem?

I bought two of these black blade fans and tried them out today. They do not work unless you are holding the button down. I am returning them.
