Effective Mass Gainer With Noticeable Results and No Side Effects
I purchased the 3 kg pack of Optimum Nutrition Mass Gainer and finished the entire pack before writing this review. Over the course of using it, I gained around 2.5 kg in weight, which is a good and steady result. The product mixed well, was easy to consume, and I did not experience any side effects during or after use. Results may vary depending on diet and workout routine, but in my case it worked effectively as a support supplement for weight gain.
