The item came packaged well and with some awesome stamps from Moscow. I read about it and wanted to try and improve my lungs after asthma and a recent pneumonia bout. I’ll let you know how it goes

I made a regular practice breathing through this device two times a day. First i take a breath, breath out and another one. Then i take a short break as my lungs adjust. After that I breath through it non stop for 20 minutes at a time. As a result the heart beat condition that i had when I felt a stiffness in the chest with hearts beats skipped on exhaling was all gone. I can't say enough of good things about this device. I works really well.

This came highly recommended to me, and I'm sure it does help your body to oxygenate but man, it hurt my teeth to mouth breathe so heavily (and I don't appear to be having any dental issues when I breathe or eat).

Make sure you breath less in terms of air volume per minute. Then you will benefit. You can bring harm to your health if you breath more. Read about Buteyko breathing. If your blood CO2 will go up, you make a good progress. If your blood CO2 will go down, you are hurting yourself.

The device arrived but everything is in Russian. Don’t know what to do with it.

The Buteyko method, which this is, does not rquire any apparatus. Its advantage may be that it applies some resistance as you breathe, strengthening the lungs. It probably costs a couple of bucks to make. If you want to get it closer to that go on e bay where you can get it for less than 18. You Tube has instructions on how to use it, really simple. But delivery takes nine weeks.
